WHEN THE ILLUSION DOESN'T EXIST YET

Many of Adrian Soler's creations began with a simple problem: the image he wanted to put on stage didn't exist yet. So he had to invent it.

Over time, this became a way of thinking about magic — what Adrian calls Perception Engineering: beginning with what an audience should experience, and only then designing the method to make it possible.

BEYOND THE MAGIC SHOW

With a background in advertising, Adrian brought the same approach to corporate events and theatrical productions. Rather than adapting an existing trick to a brand, the illusion, staging and dramaturgy are developed together from the original concept.

Often, there isn't even a magician on stage.

Cars have appeared as part of theatrical sequences, a full-size excavator materialized for Volvo under seemingly impossible conditions, and an entire basketball team appeared in the middle of a stadium without visible apparatus.

The audience doesn't need to know they are watching magic.

They simply experience the impossible as part of the story.

Adrian also works with performers developing professional and competition acts, combining concept, staging and method when required.
